More info on Premier: Premiere Networks (formerly Premiere Radio Networks, or PRN) is an American radio network. It is the largest syndication company in the United States based on popularity of programming. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of Clear Channel Communications and it is headed by Julie Talbott, who serves as president, content and affiliate relations.
Premiere syndicates some of the most famous names and programs in American broadcasting, including The Rush Limbaugh Show, Coast to Coast AM, Jim Rome, Glenn Beck, Sean Hannity, Leo Laporte, and Randi Rhodes. Premiere programs are carried on over 5,000 radio stations worldwide, primarily in the United States and in Canada.

Cumulus Media - carries Rush's program on about 40 of their stations including the biggest one in NYC, WABC. Cumulus is the second largest radio network after Clear Channel. Cumulus also has the potential of damaging Rush by not carrying his program on some or all of their stations and could eventually replace him with programming of their own so they don't have to pay Premier millions for Rush's show. They will be starting to replace Rush with Mike Huckabees' new show competing in the same time slot. Cumulus bought Citadel Broadcasting last year [2011] and by doing so, acquired some of Rush's biggest affiliate stations: WABC in New York, WBAP in Dallas, WLS in Chicago, WMAL in Washington, WJR in Detroit and some others.
