Rove is addressing a group of reporters with
pointed questions about Bush's AWOL gap in Alabama.
One reporter echoes John Kerry's accusations
of absentee airman Bush.
Rove replies with pride:
"Well John Kerry may have a tremendous
record of having served his country with honor
and distinction in Vietnam, but the president
went out and CREATED one!'
