Bush went to a neurosurgeon because of speech problems [yes, he can't speak well but his problems were way more serious than just his Bushisms]. The doctor gave him a complete exam including an MRI and discovered that Bush's brain had only one half left. So he gave Bush the bad news:
    "George, I have some bad news for you. Your brain is badly damaged. Only your right is left but your left right."
